1. The offer of a €1/month Terminal (Ingenico DX8000) is available for sales completed for new Irish customers only when contracting their POS system and acquiring with U.S Bank Europe DAC for a period of 12 months. Eligibility for the Offer is limited to merchants successfully meeting the eligibility conditions set out below (see Eligibility). 

2. This Offer applies to new customers who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in section 3 of the Offer Terms and Conditions. 

3. The offer will run for a period of 12 months from the date of the Agreement between the customer and Elavon, after which the price of €20 per month (based on today’s pricing and subject to amendment by Elavon at any time) will be charged, as per the terms of the Agreement. 

4. The offer will run from the 1st September 2026 to 31st December 2026. 

5. For the avoidance of doubt, the Agreement shall be deemed signed when the “Offer” and Terms and Conditions herein are accepted at the time of sale with Elavon. For the avoidance of doubt, the Agreement shall include the most up-to-date Terms of Service, which can be found here. In the acceptance of the Offer and thereby the renewal of the Agreement, the Applicant accepts these Terms of Service. 

1.1 This offer (‘Offer’) is promoted to customers by U.S Bank Europe DAC, trading as Elavon Merchant Services (‘Elavon’), registered in Ireland - number 418442, registered Office: Block F1, Cherrywood Business Park, Dublin 18, D18 W2X7, Ireland. U.S Bank Europe DAC, trading as Elavon Merchant Services, is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland.
 

1.2 Please read these terms & conditions (“Terms”) carefully. By accepting the Benefits, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms.
 

1.3 These Terms shall be in addition to and read in conjunction with the Terms of Service (“TOS”) which apply to our provision of the Merchant Services to you and in the event there is any conflict between these Terms and TOS, the provisions of the TOS shall apply.

1.4 Unless otherwise indicated, all capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to such terms in the TOS.
 

1.5 For the purposes of these Terms:
 

     1.5.1 “Applicable Duration” shall mean the duration, including specified dates, for which the Benefits shall be available to the Qualified Business as set out below or otherwise notified to the Qualified Business by Elavon in its sole discretion.

    1.5.2 “Merchant Services” shall mean the acceptance of card transactions in documentary and/or electronic form from the Qualified Business in order to process and clear such transactions for settlement and payment to such Qualified Business and other related products and services provided by Elavon.
 

1.6 This Offer is only open for business customers in Ireland (as applicable) who satisfy all criteria set out in clause 3.

2.1  Each merchant who is a customer and satisfies the Eligibility Conditions set out in clause 3 below ("Qualifying Business") may be given the following benefits (“Benefits”) subject to the provisions of these Terms:  

    2.1.1 An Ingenico DX8000 for the price of €1/ month during the Applicable Duration, limited to a maximum of 3 terminals.   

2.2 The monthly cut-off point for acceptance of this offer shall be the 25th of each month.
 

Any Qualifying Business who are accepted for the Offer before the 25th of the month will have the benefits applied to the statement issued in the next month. Should a Qualifying Business miss the above cut-off date, the benefits will be applied to the statement issued the month after the next statement month.

3.1 In order to qualify for the Benefits, the Qualifying Business must: 

    3.1.1 be offered the benefits by Elavon in its sole discretion;  
    3.1.2 be established and trading in Ireland (as applicable);  
    3.1.3 be a new customer of Elavon contracting both their POS system and acquiring with U.S Bank Europe DAC for a period of 12 months; and 

    3.1.4 have an annual card turnover of €100,000, based on the previous 12 months; 
 

(together the “Eligibility Conditions”)

4.1 The Applicable Duration of the offer shall be for a period of twelve (12) months commencing on the date on which the Qualifying Business becomes a direct Customer of Elavon and is accepted to receive the Benefits of the Offer.

4.2 The Qualifying Business can only receive the Benefits once per MID in a 12-month period. 

4.3 The Benefits are not transferable, not exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered in the event that a Qualifying Business does not or is unable to claim or receive any of the Benefits for any reason whatsoever. 

4.4 Elavon reserves the right to change the format of the Offer and/or Benefits and/or delay or postpone the Offer and/or Benefits or any stage(s), in whole or in part due to reasons beyond its reasonable control. 

4.5 The Customer must be fully set up by Elavon, (as notified by Elavon); and will need to transact over a continuous 90-day period after the account being activated;

    4.5.1 a minimum of €10,000 for one terminal, 
    4.5.2 a minimum €25,000 for two terminals,  
    4.5.3 or a minimum €50,000 for three terminals,

Elavon reserves the right to withdraw the Offer and a revision of any Schedule of Fees if such minimums are not met. If the offer is withdrawn, the customer will be moved onto a price of €20 per month, per terminal (based on today’s pricing and subject to amendment by Elavon at any time) for the remainder of the contract period.

4.6 It is advised that all applicants retain a copy of these Terms for future reference. 

4.7 This Offer and these Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland (where the merchant is located in Ireland). Any disputes (contractual or non-contractual) arising under or in connection with the Offer or these Terms are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts respectively.
